CONSIGNSIGNMENTS

TAC not only provides a service for buyers, but also sellers!  

 

BEFORE THE AUCTION, THE SELLER MUST:

• Request a spot to sell an item by calling Justin Edwards at 704-242-1450.

• Bring the title (for vehicles). Titles must be in seller’s name and provided to TAC at the time of consignment.

GENERAL:

• Sellers are not permitted to bid on their own merchandise.

• 5% buyer's premium to remain with the auction company.

• TAC assumes no responsibility for theft, fire, loss of equipment left in vehicle, or damage to property left at auction site. TAC does not provide or carry insurance for any vehicles/items. It is strictly the seller's responsibility to insure all property.

• TAC holds the seller's valid title prior to the sale. Titles will not be signed by the seller until the item/vehicle is sold.

• All parties must sign the title after the sale of the vehicle.

• Any "Outside Sales" are strictly prohibited! Any party involved in an outside sale transaction will be banned from TAC Auctions and responsible for the buyer and seller fees.

• ALL VEHICLES/ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS NO DEALER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND unless otherwise announced.

AFTER ITEM/VEHICLE SELLS:

• Once an item is consigned to the auction, the item cannot be removed prior to auction day.
